Zynx AmbulatoryCare is an entirely Web-based solution and does not require any special software to download or install. Client Services works with new clients to establish connectivity and to ensure that clinicians and staff throughout an institution can efficiently access Zynx AmbulatoryCare clinical content.

Once a new client is online, Zynx Client Services offers a variety of training programs to help new users become quickly oriented with the many features and rich content of Zynx AmbulatoryCare. Training is conducted via webinars, site visits, and “on-campus” training at Zynx headquarters. The Client Services team monitors support requests and responds to client concerns.

Zynx also offers a range of consulting services to help transform the delivery of care at client institutions. Our team of physicians, nurses, technicians, and educators work with your organization to identify your needs, develop strategies, and help you create a systematic, evidence-based approach to improving patient safety and quality.
