ZynxCare is an entirely Web-based solution, and there is no additional software to download.  Client Services works with new clients to establish connectivity and to ensure that clinicians and staff throughout an institution can access ZynxCare clinical content most effectively.  

Once a new client is online, Zynx Client Services offers a variety of training programs to help new users get oriented with the many features and rich content of ZynxCare.  Training is conducted via Webinars, site visits, and “on-campus” training at Zynx headquarters.  The Client Services team monitors and triages support requests and responds to client concerns.   

Zynx also offers a range of consulting services to help transform the delivery of care at client institutions.  Our team of physicians, nurses, technicians, and professional trainers work with your organization to identify your needs, develop strategies, and help you create a systematic, evidence-based approach to improving patient safety and quality.
