Exporting Order Sets

You can build custom order sets and export them in formats that can be downloaded to other systems. To select the export format for an order set, complete the following steps:

1. To open the Export dialog box, select an order set from the content list and click the Export link.
2. Choose the appropriate XML export format. The format choices that are available are configured in the Environment Manager’s Integration Tab.
3. Click the Go button.

You can save the file to export later, open and export the order set, or cancel the action.

Build Report Button

Click the Build Report button in the Export dialog box to create a report that contains relevant details about the build. The report is created in a format that assists users who are responsible for integrating the order set into your hospital’s information platform.
